Disgusting service!!!!!!!

These people trace and track my account the entire month debit my account when they feel need any date or time without prior notice. I was debited twice my accounted is permanently been tracked I cannot even use my account anymore cause these people.just debit anytime they feel need to do so . I am unemployed and we had last money for lights and water why do I have to confrim what date to deduct when you guys take out money on any date you feel need to do so .... The treatment you get from staff is disgusting they have no way of trying to retain a client and keeping customers happy instead to them the attitude is who gives a damn do what you like pathetic ... Furthermore after the sale is done there is no after service there is no communication and staff wants to argue that they did send you communication WELL DID YOU EVER BOTHER TO FOLLOW UP ? I WANT ME REFUND THAT YOU DEBITTED ME TWICE FOR LAST NIGNT OR YOU CAN LOSE ME AS A CLIENT CAUSE IT MEANS NOTHING TO YOU GUYS ANYWAY !!!!!!!!
