Disgusting, pathetic, *********** staff

Clientele promises quick service but is the slowest ever. I have many policies for over 15 years with them (IFA). I desperately need the money urgently and sent ALL documents to them early in March because there was a payment I had to make for my son's study fees before they allow him to sit for his final exams. I am so frustrated because it looks like they only want our money but cannot honour our requests to pay us out! I have submitted and re-submitted ALL DOCUMENTS over 4 times and each time they tell me that they haven't received it. Worse is that I have to call them everytime to check why they are not paying out, then they would say that they haven't received the document!!! And they would send me from pillar to post without helping me. My son will not be allowed to write his exams because of these stupid, illiterate, ********, unhelpful, slow, retarded \assistants\"!!! Because of this, one of my clients who had signed us recently has requested to have her policy cancelled because she can't trust them! And of course, I will cancel all my outstanding policies too, because it is the first time I am making a claim and I have lost trust in them!!!"
