Disgusting Clientele Life ******

I am utterly disgusted with the Clientele Life sales agents at Dobsonville point. They make you make an enquiry saying someone from the head office will call you meanwhile *****ulently they take your money. On the 19th I was approached by Uafah Denga who convinced that they just taking enquiries they not making us sign any policies and they even asked for my bank card of which I found it very suspicious but gave them benefit of a doubt only to find out they making people sign and authorize without our knowledge. Today the 23rd debit order went of my account without any documents from Clientele and they said cover is for 13 people but they don't even have those 13 people details. The supervisor Sibusiso Khumalo was nowhere to be found as we were 20 people who came to complain. I spoke to an agent on the phone by the name of Nomaswazi Hlatshwayo who seemed very un interested who said debit order has been stopped and money will be refunded within 10-15 working days. Clientele is a ****. They took elderly people's money. I am so ****en disgusted.
