Disgusting and Abusive Call center

I have been asking this stupid company to delete my details on their system as I am not interested in any of their products!! The Call Center agent by the name of Gugulethu (***) blatantly refused to remove my number from the system as I don't want to receive their calls anymore and she was EXTREMELY rude. I feel attacked and abused and will never do business with a company with such aggressive staff members, I wonder how they treat the bereaved. I will be taking this to the ombudsman and will investigate how my information was retrieved.
