Disgusting

I took out an ifuneral policy from this company, i have made countless calls for my contract to be posted and emailed nothing has happened, you call their call center they tell you documents will emailed within 5 working days.<br> <br> did they mean 5yrs i am so annoyed , they keep on deducting premiums and i have no policy documents. can somebody who truly cares about customer service come to my rescue, i want those policy document, i keep on paying for vokol.
