<p>I have insurances with clientele and lately they have a tendency of double debiting my account, they debited on 25 and today the amount of R264 they don't even bother to tell me about increase. I also want to cancel my savings with immediate effect. They must stop doing ***** from their clients, I actually suspected it last month but I gave a benefit of the doubt. They must return my money back into my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p>

As per our discussion , we have addressed your concerns regarding the early debit order and also confirmed that there was no double debit raised on your bank account . It is important to note that the benefit of an early debit is to ensure that your policy is solidly in force on the Date of Commencement as selected at the time of your application. This debit methodology has significantly improved cover being effected for most clients and has further significantly reduced penalty charges.
Furthermore , this reasonable premium collection method was explained and we confirm that we have since provided you with an alternate type of billing mechanism. Lastly we would like thank you for deciding to entrust us with your continued support.
