Deceiving ******

Agents promised me free coupons at the mall one day took all my details including banking details to "activate" the free coupons. Before I left I asked if they gona take any debit orders from my bank account, for this coupons, was told NO you're not gona pay anything for the free coupons we only took your details to "activate" the free coupons.And then few days later my account was debited.I enquired about this debit when I was told they will NOT return my funds but I will still get the free coupons eventhough I was decieved by the agent at the mall,until today I received nothing from Clientele but they still trying to debit my account every month eventhough I was promised that the membership will be canceled with emediate effect. Bunch of deceiving *******.Only received an apology when I made contact via the call centre for the way I was decieved by thier agent at the mall,but now they still sending debichecks to my bank.Why wasn't my funds returned eventhough they decieved me and why are they still trying to debit my bank account?
