debits
I have 5 policies with clientele and my problem is that they debit from my account whenever it suits them. The agreed date is the 1st of every month. I've spoken to their call centre agents on numerous occasions about this issue. I'm seriously considering to cancel all my policies because their careless behaviour is costing me in bank charges for reversed debits.
