Debiting on the wrong date

I have been a client of Clientele for years and this thing of debiting my account whenever it suits them is really annoying and messing my account. Last i checked the agreement was to debit my account on the 1st of every month. I wake today to get a notification that an amount was debited by Clientele. to me this is a breach of contract and as i have legal aid with them there lawyers will be the one representing me should this not be addressed accordingly.
