Money been debit without my consent out my banking acount i need to get my money back or ill take matter further

I was approached by clientele agent at Phumlani Mall in Tembisa who asked my personal details and phone number except my banking details. She told me that clientele will phone me to find out if I'm interested in policy. To my surprise -R322 is been debited from my account without my approval yesterday.. I want my cover to be cancelled and my money back. I never thought such a big company can **** people-can also access your bank account.with ID no. and cell number. WHy is it so difficult to cancel debit orders from our bank account while ****mers can easily access and debit from our account. I'm so disappointed disappointed with with clientele.
