Debit order refunds

My Mother has a loan with Direct Axis, she has been paying for over 3 years now and the term was 3 years however the 3 years ended over 6 months ago and she is still being debited, we have tried to call on numerous occasions with no answer, this needs to be reviewed and the balance refunded. ***
