DEBIT ORDER *****

Clientele life is a ****!!!. I received notifications from my bank prompting me to approve a debit order from Clientele for R130. I do not agree to any of this, I had no knowledge of what this debit order was for. A debit order was later mandated which then led to me going to my bank and suspending this debit order. Clientele then changed the reference number and still managed to take my money. I called their offices and had them cancel this debit order but I still don't have clarity on how they got a hold of my personal details and information. I am still waiting for confirmation from them that this is indeed canceled I haven't received it . A serious investigation needs to be done!!!
