Debit order dispute

My younger sister is unemployed. And it has been a while now. 25th January 2025 she received a notification from the bank as a debit order from clientele, amount of R333.00...she never in a life had a policy, let alone accounts. I want that money reversed to her account, my sister can't even use an app, so there's no way she could have accepted debit check. This is ***** by clientele how could you deduct from an unemployed person. This is totally understandable.
