Debit order after cancellation!!

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I cancelled a Hospital Plan with Clientele Life..after doing a telephonic cancellation the money was still debited from my account.... I phoned the very unhelpful call centre on ********** and was told theres a 30 day waiting period for cancellation. This is unnaceptable your staff had ample time to ensure this months debit order does not go off! I should have been made aware of this 30 days waiting period from the first phone call that I made to cancel not after I enquire and the money already taken from my account!! Clientele must reimburse the money back into my account immediately! It makes no sense why I should pay when I've clearly stated I do not want cover.. Clientele has been unproffesional and have not been informative at all from the word go!!</p>
