debit not authorised
Saturday the 21-06-2025 we where at soshanguve crossing for a fun run and walk event 3 ladies approached us and advised of the policies and which we advised that we are not interested and they sold us a story that they are not selling they just collecting data as they have not been paid for the last 3months and collecting data does not even involve us paying for anything so we sympathized with them and give them out infor cos we thought we are not goner pay for anything but we only give out numbers phone, ID number and we ddnt give them our bank details. But today I work up to a deduction from you guys, kindly reimburse my money or am reporting these. As these is a **** and your agents came under false pretends.

As per our telephonic discussion, the policy was still within a Cooling off period and the refund process was explained to you by Lungile Mathebula.
Please note that the cooling off refund is paid within 31 days, counting from the debit date.
