debit date

When i took out my contract I wanted my debit order to run on the last day of the month do not know when or what changed as you debited my account on the 19th without my concent <br> If debiting my account on the last will be problem for you <br> I am cancelling my insurance with your company as you are *********** <br> I am appoled by such behaviour <br> For the 1st time since taking up the policy I am unhappy<br> Sort this mess up as soon as possible <br> as you are causing bad record on my account with missed payments<br>
