Created a New Policy instead of re-instate
I called to reinstate my existing policy since I had it from 2018, and they opened a new one. I went to the offices to clear things up on the 27th, and on the 02 nd I was told my legal policy has been canceled after logging a claim. They also double-deducted my premium for the life cover. I need help gettting my refund or re-intate my life cover policy
