Consultant Swearing at me

Yesterday I sent an sms to clientele because I want hospital plan<br> <br> Consultant called today when I ask him to explain how it works to me he refused he first wanted my details to check if I qualify I said no I want to know how it works first then if I want it then will give my details to check , he then told me to tell him if I want this or else he will drop the call and call other people . I started shouting as I never heard a consultant speaking like that he immediately responded saying vootsek to me .I drop the line because I was very upset. Another lady called Abigel I asked her to give me her manager details then I dropped the line , Guy by the name of Kennet called saying his a supervisor I told him what happened he just said he apologized on behalf of company and consultant he didn't even bother ask who the person is ?
