Constant Harransment 8 - 10 calls a week

This call centre does not seem to understand NO. i have asked that my name be removed from the call system and no one has done anything, I spoke to a call center agent whose supervisor was first in a meeting then after a threat of social media magically appeared. I asked the supervisor a Mr Sibusisu Lushaba" to remove my name from the list and email me a confirmation from his side, he "took" my Email and thought its funny. I then told him that i was going to use his name in the complaint and then he actually wanted my email address. After speaking to "his Boss" he said he would get ahold of the marketing company and laughing all the time. if this is what your sales and client services are like then it is a poor reflection on clientele
