I have a policy with Clientele life, a funeral plan. It's been 5years with no claims, and their contract stipulated that every after 5years as a policy holder I am entitled to getting cash back. However I haven't received the cash back from them, instead they have been throwing me from pillar to post. They are misleading clients and are ripping us off.

22 Mar 2019, 11:28No money was transferred into my account, I have requested bank statements from my bank from January 2017 to December 2017. No funds from clientele were transferred into my Nedbank account.
