Complaint
I have a funeral policy that has been deducting from 2015 from my persal , I called them to ask them to stop to this stop order that running without my permission. They said I must do affidavit and sign X3 and attach I did that a year ago each time I do follow up they tell they gonna phone back. When I phone again they tell me they called I didn't answer. This stop still running all I wanted was for them to stop this and refund me my money. Even to the details are not mine except the name. I need assistance in this regard.
