Cold calling unwanted and unrequested

Clientele have no right to obtain my number and then cold call me for services that I have not requested nor allowed them to sell to me. my phone rang and before I could say a word a very annoying recorded male voice started explaining what I should do and can do with their service. it is now ******* in SA to cold call people and I want this company to fully apologise to me and to refrain from using my number and or to forward my number to any other party and I am demanding that they inform me as to the source whom gave my number to them. i will take this up with consumer protection.
