Cold Calling!

Clientelle Life has been contacting me (3x since December that i have answered the calls). <br> Apparently I sent them a confirmation sms and email and from their website. <br> They even gave me a date and time when I apparently sent them an sms and logged onto their website. <br> This time the call centre agent wanted to know/ confirm that i had sent them a call me and how i had sent it. <br> <br> According to hellopeter.com, this is because they contact you through a database. <br> This however cannot be true as they have confirmed that i have personally logged onto their website and that I have personally sent an sms to confirm that they should call me. <br> <br> I have done nothing of the sort! <br> <br> It is ******* for them to solicit me in this manner and without my permission! <br> <br> Shouldn't their 'system' which they rely on so heavily actually TELL THEM HOW IT IS I ACTUALLY SOLICITED THEIR SERVICES in the first place?!? <br> <br> (Apparently their system cannot for requests greater than a week.) WHAT BULL *****
