clintele consultant threated and sweared at
Good day i nned to lodge a formal complaint with the relevent department as i have been insulted and sweared at by one of your consulatant just an hour ago. i was on my pc doing my work as normal when i received a call from the following number *** by a male consultant who did not give his name or identity whon wanted to offer me your product.
i then humbly told the person that iam interested yes but as of now iam in the middle of something, then he reply by saying "you are not busy you are just watching tv i can hear it" i immediately told him where to get off by saying he cannot force me to talk while m busy with work. he then swaer at me and even say "i will send you a lighning and you will die"
i hanged up the phone and he continued to call me with the same number and threated me then i decided to block the number he further continued to call using tel ***
