Clientelle Life mistreat me

I have been paying a legal plan for a stranger from january 2018 till now. I never notice this because I have few policies with clientelle life. only recently I called to confirm the policies I have with them and I have realised that there was this one which is not mine. I was told this is legal plan for the person called Nhlanhla from Tembisa. now when I need clarity from clientelle they said that I need to make affidavit to say that I don't know this policy or this Nhlanhla person . I did the affidavit and emailed it to them. after sometimes they send me SMS to say that I need to fax the affidavit, I tried to look for a place where I can find fax facilities to no avail . I called them today to find out how far are they with the investigation I was told that the investigation is cancelled because they couldnt get hold of me on my cellphone on 29 April.Clientele Life ***. I am a victim but they treating me like I am some ********. why can't they investigate and send me feedback on email than to hide behind these nonsense of fax and that I am not reachable
