Clientelle i *****ulant *******

Clientelle is a *****ulant company that *****s from the public and refuses to fix their mistakes. A month ago the amount of R519.00 was deducted from my account without autorisation, no phonecall from the company themselves, they just deducted. I havent signed any paperwork or filled out an appliation. When i try to phone them to query about this, they promise to phoneback and thr my money will be refunded within 7 days. This has cause severe damage to me financially and on my account. To this day, when i finally do get through and explain my situation or say i dont want the policy and i expect a full refund and that they will be liable for banking fees, the phone hets put down in my ear. Consultants are rude and incompetabt and no one there has any clue as to what thet are doing. Please help. They refuse to give me company details or employee numbers and have never recieved a reference number for my queries.
