CLIENTELL BAD POOR SERIVE AND MONEY MAKING SCHEME

I have a policy with Clientel life and what was sold to me has flaws in the policy. My poor niece and nephew has now been taken off the policy, I had to add them onto my policy years ago since the lost their mother and father, however, Clientel accepted them onto my policy as my kids. I had to add my new born now and all of a sudden, he can only be added when he is 2 years old...... this is attar *******.... I have been paying for this policy for years now and have paid triple the value pay out.... such a *******... money making scheme and sadly poor people are been taken for a ride.

I would urge that people must review their policies and check if they cater for their needs when the time to claim comes..... with clientel, people will get nothing at all, however cleintel is making millions out of poor peoples money.

CANCELL MY DAMN POLICY AND DO NOT SUBMIT A DEBIT ORDER OR ALL HELL WILL BREAK LOOOOOOSE!!!!

Dear DMatlala

You raised concerns regarding the children covered on your policy, we confirmed that our records indicated that when you called our offices to add your niece and nephew you stated that they were your own children, they were therefore added to the policy as your biological children.

Regarding your request to add your new born child, we have explained that children are covered from the age of 2 years as per the policy terms and conditions. We further confirmed that your policy terms and conditions were emailed to the email address we have on record and we have no records which confirms non receipt of the documents.

Lastly, we confirm that the policy has been successfully cancelled as per request and no further debit orders will be raised to your account.

I trust you find this in order and that your query has been resolved, however should you wish to contact us again please do not hesitate to do so.

Yours sincerely,
