Clientele's false advertising using underhanded tactics!
This morning I got a few calls from Clientele call centre. Their agent told me I will get monthly R 2 000 vouchers to shop at Checkers or Shoprite or at Dischem or get vouchers for Nando's and Dischem. What the guy doesn't tell you is that you need to sign up for some policies with Clientele! I asked because I know you dont fet something for nothing! This is clear misrepresentation and extremely unprofessional!!! PLEASE STOP THIS BECAUSE A LOT OF PEOPLE WON'T REALISE THAT YOU HAVE TO SIGN UP WITH CLIENTELE TO GET BENEFITS!!! THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED!😡😡😡😡 I'm destitute so how would I pay?I can't even buy a loaf of bread! 😡How can a company be so dishonest and teach their call centre agents to use such ************ tactics in.order to get business!😡😡😡
