Clienteles disrespect for this country

The workers at clientele have no respect for store owners who are paying high rentals. They just set up shop in front of a store not informing us that they will be doing so or even asking for permission of they can stand on the side away from door way of store. They just set up their stands and disturb customers, and when asked if they can please move to the side then they just look at you with big eyes as if its their given right to stand there and you as a store owner are in thier way. Dont know what kind of organisation is being run by Clientele, not teaching their workers about respect for other peoples business and assets and no form of values.
