Clientele’s customer service is BAD AND DECEIVING
I app**** for a loan and somehow my call was redirected to Clientele and the agent I spoke to did not explain and she kept on talking so fast and I gave details thinking that this was about my loan. Fast forward, my account was deducted and when I contacted Clientele, they promised to refund me within 48 hours and nothing was reflected in my account. I then phoned again, and they now say month end. So when I insisted to speak to someone with authority, like a manager or supervisor and I was refused of that right. Clientele tricks people into taking out a policy. I advise people to be careful with these agents from clientele and they’re customer service is ********** and *************
