Clientele will **** you out of your money, run far away

I have been a client with clientele for 6 years, loyal customer with the life policy and funeral policy but when It came to cash back after 5 years of unbroken service they paid a measly R2000 and when I finely needed to claim for my loved one who suddenly passed on they only paid out a 12000 and said that was what she was covered for and not mentioning anything about the grocery hamper as per theire so called adverts which is all lies I never recied half any grocery hamper or transportation leading up to the funeral arrangements , funerals are so expensive what am I supposed to do with a 12000, If I knew I would never have opt for clientele which is ****ers and get away with all our money we pay for years.
