Clientele Wealth Plan

About 5years ago Clientele sold me an investment policy with the promise to invest my money of course so as to receive a return on my investment. The policy name clearly states that it is a WEALTH Plan which means that the aim for this policy is give wealth or return to invested money - and this was the ONLY reason I took this policy. Little did I know that such a big company like Clientele would cheat its clients- a single parent like myself. Due to some financial constraints, beginning of this month I decided to fully surrender this policy - after paying for 58months a total amount of R19K. Clientele paid me back R11k - which means that they cheated me about R8K on top of getting nothing in return after they kept my money for 58months. I would like to appeal to all clients who have taken this Plan with Clientele to check it out and get their monies and invest it where they will receive some kind of return on their investments. Right now, I have lodged a query with the Clientele ombuds and their complaints department - I have been waiting for 2weeks with no response... I want them to give me back my money even if I do not get any return, but I want my R8K back.
