Clientele Wealth Plan

I have been trying to cancel my clientele Wealth Plan since October 2014 but up until this date, they say they cannot cancel it before 5 years Expire since I had already withdrawn from it. Now they told me I can only get my money which was invested after 5 years, and they say the government told them not to give clients back their invested money before a 5 year term expires. What's painful is that they have now put the policy on a Paid-Up policy mode, that allows them to take your money for certain costs e.g in their case, they continue debiting from the money that's already with them what they call a Protector benefit which is a portion of the policy so that by the time the 5 year term expires, they will tell you that you have no money left on the policy since it was all debited by their Protector benefit. I want my money back Clientele Life, give it back to me, its my MONEY and NOT YOURS. Give it back and cancel your good for nothing Wealth plan. If One happens to have financial trouble, they will have to go to loan sharks whilst they apparently have money saved up at Clientele Life, Bad Service.
