Clientèle Unauthorized debits
I recently discovered that funds from my account are being deducted by Clientèle, but I have never signed up for any policy or given consent for these deductions.
I am a single mother and currently unemployed, relying solely on the R370 SASSA grant for basic needs such as food. I would never have agreed to any policy as I cannot afford it. I do not recall meeting any consultant, signing any agreement, or authorizing Clientèle to debit my account.
I kindly request:
1. Immediate cancellation of any unauthorized policy linked to my details. 2. A full refund of all amounts deducted from my account without my consent.
