Clientele unauthorized debit
Its been three months trying to dispute a debicheck of R150 that is unknown to me didn't authorize. My bank suspended that debicheck last month Clientele changed the date debited me twice in one month ..I want my money

As per our discussion, I have provided feedback on the matter to the policyholder and also confirmed the attempts made to cancel the policy which she dispute to have given us permission for debit orders to be raised on her account. Furthermore , In an attempt to get clarity on the sale of the policy , I have requested our Compliance Department to retrieve the recording and feedback will be provided in due course.
