R420 was recently taken from my account by Clientele. I specifically asked the agent who was signing me up for the IFA app if any money was going to be taken from my account and he said no. So I want to ask how that happened and how to get my money back and deregister from the app cause you're just ******** people if I this is how you operate. The agent's name is Asanele and his number is ***.
