Clientele Stole my money.

I was sold a policy by door to door 2 ladies from Clientele on the 19th of April 2024, first they do not know their product they sold me a policy telling that this is not a final agreement, someone will give me a call in the week to change anything I would like to change anything i want to change, however no one called me, I specifically told them that my payment date is on the 20th , Clientele went and debit my medication funds on the 25th which caused a huge inconvenient and pose a threat in my life , this was not the agreement i had with this *********** person who sold me this stupid policy , i am very angry and hurt for such a big company to force sales and not follow the regulation correct. i want nothing to do with Clientele i want my money back, i need them to delete my details on their system, they are *******, i called and wanted refund they told me that it takes 10 working days, however they never waited 10 days to ***** my money. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, I HATE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!
