It is very shaming and ********* how Clientele Life staff goes around the remote areas and/ villages deceiving elders to join Clientele while they don't even understand what they are joining. My mom was told she is joining a Grocery voucher scheme and that she will receive the voucher from Clientele - She joined and now we learned she has been deceived into joining a life policy with Clientele. That's so unprofessional of Clientele and unfair to our mothers who can't read or understand the revolutionised system. I complained with Clientele for her 2-month premium refund and they closed the case without any proper feedback. I now know clientele has resumed to robbing people for its customer base growth.
