Clientele ********

I was once **** to by a lady from clientele who told me that I should sign up to clientele to get benefits and I asked if there would be any money taken from my bank account she said no as there is nothing I have signed , she said I'd only get notifications on benefits I could get with clientele and a month later R207 was deducted from my bank account ,it was then when I found out that this was a funeral policy that this clientele ******** employee told me it were only benefits. And since then I have been trying to find help to stop this policy which I was never aware of and when I contact clientele, they don't answer I swear clientele have the worst customer care in businesses once the customer is signed up with them they don't give a **** what's happening with that clients account as long as they get their money I have been trying to get help to cancel this policy and reverse my money as they have eaten more than a R1000
