Clientele ****med me off my last money and made unfulfilled promises when it came to paying back

I signed up with IFA(Clientele Life) in August and gave them authority to start debiting R320 for an investment savings,last month on 22nd I cancelled the investment plan,got back my interest and messages confirming the policy was cancelled. These people still debitedmy money on the 1st of November regardless of the policy being cancelled,when I went to reverse it in the bank,clientele blocked the bank from reversing the money,when I called Clientele,I spoke to the manager of the claims department,his name is Siya,he reassured that I would receive my money back within 10 days and because it was an investment plan they could not not easily transfer it,it would automatically be transferred by the system once they realized they debited a cancelled policy,which he said will take 10 days. 10 days has long passes but I still don't have my money!.... This is a **** company ducking people dry out of their own hard earned money,they took my bus fare,I had to go borrow money and promise the person I'd psy them back after 10 days but now I can't because they made unfulfilled promises! Very disappointed because when they sign you up 4 a policy and when you do cancel,they don't tel you about a 30 day notification,only when they debit your money without authorization will they tel you!....So angry, so hurt,filing g so used by this *********** company!.....They are a disgrace to society and should be exploited!Clientele I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
