Clientele sales consultants has become *****sters

I met some lady in Vereeniging and she approached me telling me that she would like to check if I qualify for their policy, then if I qualify I will receive the call from clientele. To my surprise, on month ends they deduct R294 from my account, of which I haven't approved or consent it, I'm still confused how they got into my account. I can't reverse the money, it is said it is DebiCheck, my bank has advised me to call clientele, I did call today on the 5th April 2024 I was not helped, I was told that there is nothing that they can do I approved the debit order and they can't refund the money. I feel like their sales lady there by vereeniging had *****ed me big time. Please be aware of those sales consultants you find in the malls and corner of the streets, they are doing anything in their power to get commission even if it means by *****ing our own hard worked money, I am really disappointed. Even if they don't refund me, can they please close that policy I know nothing of and stop debiting from my account
