Clientele rewards

I joined Clientele rewards last year but when it is being deducted in my account it is Clientele investment. I called them to cancel my contract with them as am no longer working last year.Than i received my UIF in my bank account and Clientele deducted money from my account. It was 26 January 2022 which was the agreement date when i was still working . I called them again this year and told them to cancel my contract with them and they sent me an email saying it has been done as so. But today 22/02/2022 i received money in my account and they deducted it again....So now i want my money back please
