Clientele refusing to pay my claim, BAD BAD SERVICE

Very very bad service from clientele, they are refusing to pay out my claim yet they are still deducting money from my account. I'm livid. I registered a claim 3 WEEKS ago and they told me they can't pay because of something they told me, I logged a complaint with them to listen to the call because they never said something like that on the call, they've been dodging me ever since. I literally call them everyday but everytime their inexperienced call center agents tell me to wait 24 hrs and they get back to me but nothing. I've spent so much airtime on this guy's. I buried my loved one with change because of their incompetence. ***
