Clientele poor service

Hi everyone I'm with clientele for quite some time now but my baby was born last year 25 March 2019 and in the first week I called them and sms them to put my son on the policy and not one response from then since last year up until now so I think I'm going to cancel with them because there service is pathetic but they advise whole day on the TV
