Clientele poor service

<p>I had a loan with Clientele Direct Axis,I got retrenched and my account was handed ober and I was listed on ITC.I have settled my loan and have received my paid up letter but my name is listed,I have requested Clientele to remove my name from ITC but they claim it is not their responsibilty,its the responsibility of their debt collecters,I have also called their debt collecters who also refuse to take responsibility,I have made many calls to their call centre and I am being sent from pillar to post.This is an absolute nightmare from Clientele and very unprofessional.</p>
