Clientele Poor Poor customer service

Am so so dissappointed .....I have been a loyal client of Clientele life for so many years and recently my policy was terminated due their own mistake when i changed from debit order to have them deduct from my work persal system which they did not communcate to me that they have a problem with HR, until i realised that the was sort of a mistake but Clientele decided to cancel my policy without following proper channels..... until now am still waiting for their call...... I have wasted money and time to a poor customer service organisation Cliente never again..
