Clientele Perks - *****STERS AND *******!!!!!!!!!!!

So this actually related to a Clientele Perks benefit that I had but they don't appear as an option. I cancelled my Clientele Perks policy after making a final premium payment. I was told that the policy is being cancelled with immediate effect and that I would not be able to access any benefits. They also said they would not reverse my premium. How can they take my money for a premium but refuse to give me the perks and benefits to which the premium relates? This is nothing less than ***** and thievery!!!!!
