Clientele perks rewards program ****

I won't even bother myself rating you guys ,you mislead people not disclosing anything ,why do you take money from us without being open about it ,you don't even care that the sassa money we get is to feed our little one's imagine this being done to you or your family members,you don't care about people I urged you guys for a long time to cancel the perks rewards thing but you do not care,from April I have been sending emails but u keep on saying the thing is cancelled meanwhile it's active in my account how many times have I been writing emails and asking for a formal letter for the cancellation but no you don't do that you just send your stupid emails ,I escalated the matter to the ombusdsman already because when I talk I am stupid and I told the ***** company ,so do yourselves the favour to cancel that thing as I requested and I want a formal written letter and my refund with immediate effect
