Clientele Perks Nonsense
On 9 December 2024 I was approached by a marketer at Nu Metro Galleria explaining the Clientele Perks thing to me. She wanted me to download the app and whilst she was on the app, she approved a debicheck debit order without asking me. I have been trying to cancel this thing for the past month now. Clientele contacted me and put me through to their cancelations department who conveniently does not answer their phones. They keep debiting my account and because a debicheck was approved without me physically doing so, I am unable to reverse this R160 debit.
