Clientele perks is a ****
Clientele agent **** and said i will get R100 vouchers for up to 10 retail store and it turned out to be just one R100 voucher for the selected shop and it does not actually give you a voucher but you get discounts on selected items, I claimed for Nu Metro tickets and they said they are invalid when I went to watch the movie, The fast food voucher does not work without adding more money on it. When i tried calling the call center the agent said there is nothing they can do about it because they also cannot cancel the perks thing
